Maintaining up to date knowledge on the latest information in the nutrition and wellness world is a huge priority of mine. I specialize in Whole30, Paleo, and Keto styles of eating and I preach eating a REAL food diet. I have been obese, underweight, and everything in between. If you happen to live near me in Winter Park, CO, I offer one-on-one coaching with a combination of weekly meet-ups as well as daily and weekly contact through text and email. It’s all very informal as I do not have an office here, but we can meet at my house, your house, or a local coffee shop or restaurant!

Cooking Lessons/Meal Prep

In addition to helping you develop a health and wellness plan, I also offer cooking services in the Winter Park/Fraser/Granby area. If you live a busy lifestyle and can’t find the time to cook healthy meals for you or your family, let me do it for you! I can make batch meals for the week, freezer meals, or just a few meals to get you buy for those busy days. Prices can be adjusted based on your needs/meal sizes. Grocery shopping optional.
Whole30 has been the main reason that I have made so much progress in my binge eating recovery, and I want to spread the word about this amazing program to as many people as possible. I want to be very clear with my clients that The Whole30 is not a diet, so if you are looking to lose weight, that is not the intent of this program, although it is often a nice perk. It is meant to help you reset your body and change your habits, mindset, and relationship with food. I offer other forms of health coaching for weight loss, but if you are considering Whole30, plan on hiding your scale for the month!
Having a Whole30 coach is an amazing resource to help you through this big change. I had my own coach last year when I was in a tough season of life and it was the best decision I ever made.
